Integrative Health Services

We integrate objective data (Comprehensive Body Composition Assessment) with holistic mind-body therapies (Auriculotherapy and Clinical Hypnotherapy) to treat the whole person.

COMPREHENSIVE BODY COMPOSITION ASSESSMENT

A Comprehensive Body Composition Assessment provides a detailed evaluation of your health beyond the number on the scale. Using advanced body composition analysis, this non-invasive assessment estimates measurements such as body fat, skeletal muscle, visceral fat, fluid distribution, hydration status, and other indicators of metabolic health.

Your results are interpreted by a board-certified internal medicine physician and integrated with your medical history, lifestyle, laboratory findings, and health goals to help develop personalized recommendations and monitor your progress over time.

Why Consider a Comprehensive Body Composition Assessment?

A Comprehensive Body Composition Assessment may be beneficial if you:

  • Want to understand your health beyond body weight or BMI.

  • Are trying to lose weight while preserving muscle mass.

  • Are beginning or monitoring a nutrition or exercise program.

  • Are taking or considering weight management medications (such as GLP-1 therapies).

  • Want to reduce visceral (abdominal) fat and improve metabolic health.

  • Have prediabetes, diabetes, high blood pressure, or high cholesterol.

  • Want to monitor healthy aging and maintain muscle strength.

  • Are recovering from illness, surgery, or cancer treatment.

  • Want objective measurements to track your progress over time.

  • Prefer personalized, physician-guided recommendations to support your health and wellness goals.

Please note: Body composition assessment is one component of a comprehensive medical evaluation and does not independently diagnose medical conditions.

AURICULOTHERAPY

(Ear Treatments)

Auriculotherapy is a treatment that stimulates specific points on the ear to help regulate the nervous system. Because the ear connects to several important nerves that communicate with the brain, gentle stimulation of these points may help support the body’s natural ability to reduce pain, manage stress, and improve organ function. It is used alongside standard medical care.

CLINICAL HYPNOTHERAPY

Clinical hypnotherapy is a therapeutic technique that uses guided relaxation and focused attention to help support positive changes in symptoms, behaviors, and stress responses.

During hypnotherapy, you remain awake, aware, and in control. The process helps quiet distractions so your mind can be more receptive to therapeutic suggestions that support health and well-being.

Clinical hypnotherapy is not mind control, sleep, or loss of awareness. It is a collaborative, evidence-based approach used alongside medical care.

Hypnotherapists help people use their own inner resources to improve the quality of their lives.

Hypnotherapists are committed to the service of life, which includes health and well-being—the actualization of human potential.

Hypnotherapists therefore take on the role of practitioner of hypnotherapy, life skills and achievement coach and educator.

Clinical hypnotherapy may improve:

  • Stress and anxiety management

  • Self-esteem

  • Fears or phobias

  • Relationship issues

  • Test or performance anxiety

  • Chronic pain and tension

  • Sleep difficulties

  • Interpretation of dreams

  • Preparing for childbirth

  • Habit or behavior change such as tobacco smoking, stress-related eating, or weight management
