NEW PATIENT VISIT
This is the "get to know you better" visit after your free discovery chat with Dr. al Rashida.
These tend to be one of the longer visits we have together to learn more about you, your health experience, and ways we can work together to enhance your quality of life.
COMPREHENSIVE ANNUAL PREVENTIVE PHYSICALS
These are comprehensive visits that happen once a year to check-in on you and tune you up for the next annual visit. This includes:
Health evaluation and screening (such as review of organ systems, changes from the prior year, and cancer screenings)
Vaccine updates
Medication review
Lab test review
Answering any questions you have about your health
ESTABLISHED CARE VISITS
These are additional visits set up to follow up on a certain medical problem or to just come in for a sooner check-in than that annual visit. Frequency may range from every month, every 3 months, to every 6 months based on the health condition being addressed. Established primary care patients have the options of seeing Dr. al Rashida either in person or telehealth.
MEMBERSHIP
For additional benefits outside of the traditional model of medicine and the cost of separate clinic visits, patients have the option of a membership. A membership is a subscription that is not directly billed to health insurances and it allows for direct access to Dr. al Rashida. Your membership with our practice also includes additional benefits like discounts to integrative medicine services that are offered in house. You have the choice between what we call the "Caterpillar Stage" and "Butterfly Stage." Please see pricing for more details about each type of membership.

Ear wax removal
Cryotherapy for skin lesions
Suture placement and removal
Staple removal
Trigger point injection (for painful muscle knots)
Joint injections (Knees and shoulders only)
